ReplyDeleteHi! Would like to know how do you hook attention for students' engagement?
ReplyDeleteAna, I like to use several techniques, like "ratio" or open questions. The one I like the most is the use of ASL (American Sign Language). Kids are sponges, they pay attention and want to learn the signs, and at the same time they are learning English; its learning two languages (English thru ASL and ASL itself) Isn't this interesting? It works!
